1 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Water
1 tsp Paprika
2 tsp oil
2 Eggs
Sauce:
3/4 cup Apricot Jam
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Water
1 Onion
Mix all the schnitzel ingredients into a batter.
Cut Schnitzels into small pieces.
Dip in the Flour, Egg then batter.
Sauce:
Fry Onion, then add all the ingredients and bring to a boil.
Serve together.
