Ingredients

Batter Schnitzel

  • 1 cup Flour

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 cup Water

  • 1 tsp Paprika

  • 2 tsp oil

  • 2 Eggs

  • Sauce:

  • 3/4 cup Apricot Jam

  • 1/2 cup Ketchup

  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

  • 1/2 cup Water

  • 1 Onion

Mix all the schnitzel ingredients into a batter.

Cut Schnitzels into small pieces.

3.

Dip in the Flour, Egg then batter.

Sauce:

Fry Onion, then add all the ingredients and bring to a boil.

Serve together.
