1 tbsp red wine
1/3 c soy sauce
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger
4 c broccoli
Pepper
Pepper steak
1 cup sprouts
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oil
1/3 c chicken broth
1/3 c brown sugar
1 tbsp red wine
1 tbsp sesame oil
1.5 tbsp corn starch
Toss beef with wine and soy sauce. Set aside.
Combine sauce ingredients and set aside.
Stir fry, then add onions, garlic, and ginger.
Add broccoli, cook until crispy and tender, and then add sprouts.
Add sauce and simmer for 1 minute.
