This protein-packed smoothie uses multiple sources of protein for a filling and nourishing post-workout snack.
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen blueberries
1–2 scoops protein powder
splash of Gefen Almond Milk (or other milk of choice)
1 container low-sugar Greek yogurt, plain
Gefen Honey or other sweetener, to taste (optional)
In a blender, combine strawberries, blueberries, protein powder, almond milk, yogurt, and honey (if using) until smooth.
