Bitter Radicchio and Peach Salad with Sesame Clusters

The combination of the sticky-sweet peaches and the bitter radicchio will make your palate sing! These versatile sesame clusters can be used anywhere, from salad toppers to dessert brittle.

For the Salad

  1. Combine all dressing ingredients in a large glass jar and shake well.

  2. Toss greens and parsley in a large bowl. Top with peaches, sesame clusters, and cherries if using. Add dressing just before serving.

For the Sesame Clusters

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Whisk egg white in a small bowl until foamy. Add sugar, salt, cinnamon, cloves. Add sesame seeds and toss to coat.
  3. Spoon sesame mixture into a Gefen Parchment-lined baking sheet, using a quarter teaspoon. They should be about half the size they are in this photo.

  4. Bake, until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes. Let cool.
