Ingredients

Black & White Cookies

  • 3/4 cup oil

  • 2/3 cup sugar

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 cups flour

  • 3/4 cup confectioners sugar

  • 1/2 tbsp oil

  • 2 tbsp boil water

  • 4 tsp cocoa

  • 1 cup confectioners sugar

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • Splash of vanilla

  • 2 tbsp boiling water

  • 1 drop lemon juice

Mix oil and sugar

Add eggs one at a time

Add vanilla and salt. Mix well

Mix in flour

Form dough into flat round cookies

Bake at 375/190 for 10-12 min

Chocolate Icing: Mix 3/4 cup confectioners sugar and 4 tsp cocoa. Add in 1/2 tbsp oil. Slowly add in boiling water until it’s the right consistency (about 2 tbsp)

Vanilla Icing: Mix one cup confectioners sugar, tbsp of oil, splash of vanilla and a drop of lemon juice. Slowly add in boiling water until it’s the right consistency (about 2 tbsp)

9.

With a spoon pour the icing on to the bottom side of the cookies
