Blueberry and Cherry Cake

Prepare the Blueberry and Cherry Cake

Half the cake is filled with blueberry and the other half with cherry.

Beat all ingredients well, in order given except for blueberry and cherry filling.

Pour 3/4 of batter into a 15x10 inch baking pan. On one half spread blueberry filling. On the other half spread cherry filling. Then pour remaining 1/4 of batter on top.

Bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour. Allow to cool then remove from pan.

Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and serve in cupcake paper cups.
