Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 julienned red pepper

  • 1 cup shredded carrots (matchstick style)

  • 1 julienned yellow pepper

  • 1 cup diced kohlrabi (peeled first)

  • 1 cup shredded purple cabbage

Totally Fun Topping Options

  • mixed fresh herbs

  • any leftover meat

Dressing

  • pinch of pepper

  • 2 tablespoons warm water to thin

  • 1 teaspoon hemp or sunflower seeds

Directions

Prepare the Bracha Bowl

Place dressing ingredients in blender or mason jar to shake.

This salad was tasty and nutritionally rich. If you like a good crunchy salad this is a great go to salad.
