1 julienned red pepper
1 cup shredded carrots (matchstick style)
1 julienned yellow pepper
1 cup diced kohlrabi (peeled first)
1 cup shredded purple cabbage
1 cup cubed Gefen Beets
1/2 cup Tuscanini Chickpeas
4 cups spring mix lettuce
2 cups cooked quinoa
Heaven & Earth Beet Sticks (my favorite!)
Gefen Dried Cranberries/raisin combo
caramelized pecans
mixed fresh herbs
any leftover meat
1/4 cup Haddar Baracke Tahini
2 lemons, juiced
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
pinch of sea salt
pinch of pepper
2 tablespoons warm water to thin
1 teaspoon hemp or sunflower seeds
Place dressing ingredients in blender or mason jar to shake.

This salad was tasty and nutritionally rich. If you like a good crunchy salad this is a great go to salad.
