Broccoli and Cheese Noodle Casserole

  • 2 tablespoons Mishpacha Flour

  • 2 cups milk

  • 1/2 pound grated hard cheese

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 large bunch broccoli (about 1 pound), steamed and chopped

  • 1 (12-ounce) package Manischewitz Wide Noodles, cooked and drained

Directions

Make the Casserole

1.

Dissolve flour in milk. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat until the mixture is thickened.

2.

Add cheese and salt, mix until smooth, and then add the broccoli and noodles.

3.

Pour into a 9- x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 minutes.
