1. Melt butter in a skillet.
2. Add minced garlic and heat over medium heat until fragrant. Using a slotted spoon, remove garlic from the pan and set aside.
3. Add gnocchi and salt to the pan. Raise the heat to high and fry the gnocchi until golden on all sides.
4. Remove from heat, and return the garlic to the pan. Add Parmesan and parsley and toss to coat.
