Buffalo-Lite Chicken


Sometimes I like something that has a little kick but doesn’t overwhelm my palate with spice. And I always love something that I can prep in less than five minutes! This chicken is amazing over a green salad or with a side of rice.


Prepare the Chicken

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).
2. Mix mayo, hot sauce, and honey. Coat chicken with the mixture.
3. Lay chicken in a single layer on a Gefen Parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with Panko crumbs and onions.
4. Bake for 25 minutes for chicken breasts and 40 for chicken thighs.
