Ingredients

Carrot Muffins

  • 2 baby carrot jars

  • 2 eggs

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Mix together in bowl.

Spray muffin tins and pour in mixture- not until the top.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
