Carrot Salad

A refreshing and healthy salad – very enjoyable on a summer day.

Directions

Prepare the Carrot Salad

1. Peel and grate carrots in a medium bowl.
2. Add mayonnaise, sugar and orange juice.
3. Dice the apple and add to the carrot mixture.
4. Add raisins, chopped walnuts and pineapple to taste.
5. Cover, chill and serve.
