Ingredients

cauliflower crusted salmon

  • • 6-8 (1 1/2-inch-thick) salmon fillets

  • • onion powder, to taste

  • • garlic powder, to taste

  • • sea salt, to taste

  • • paprika, to taste

  • • 1/4 cup Dil Dip or Roasted Garlic

  • Jalapeno Dip

  • • 3-4 Tbsp silan

  • CAULIFLOWER CRUMBLE TOPPING

  • • 16 oz riced cauliflower, fresh or frozen,

  • defrosted and drained

  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed

  • 2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce

  • 1 Tbsp parsley flakes

  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking

Prepare the cauliflower crumble topping: In a large

bowl, toss together cauliflower crumble ingredients.

Place into prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven; cool for 10 minutes.

parchment paper.

Place salmon fillets on prepared baking sheet.

Season fish with seasonings. Spread a heaping
