  • 6 C h2o warmer then room temp boil and take from sink

  • 4 oz yeast

  • 2 c sugar

  • 3 eggs mix in cup

  • 2 c oil

  • 2 T salt put in flour

  • 6 lb flour plus 2 c

  • 2 c sugar

mix first 3 ingredients till it starts bubbling

mix everything and let rise

make balls let rise again

4.

take 2 eggs and 1/2 c sugar put on top with seasome seeds

5.

bake 1 hr 350°
