  • 5 lbs high gluten flour

  • 2 oz yeast

  • 5 cups water

  • half cup sugar

  • half cup oil

  • 3 eggs

  • 3 tbsp kosher salt

combine sugar water and yeast

add 6 cups of flour

eggs oil and salt

4.

mix on high for 6 minutes

5.

lower speed and add rest of ingredients

6.

mox for 12 minutes

7.

let rest for 3 min

8.

mix and let rise for an hour

9.

take challah and braid

10.

let rise for another hour

11.

bake on 350 for 1 hour
