  • 6lb flour

  • 3 Oz fresh yeast or 4.5 tbsp dry yeast

  • 4 c water

  • 1 c sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/4 stick margarine

  • 1/2 c oil

  • 2 heaping tbsp salt

  • 2 c add. water

1.

dissolve yeast in warm water. add sugar.

2.

set timer for 15 min

3.

add 1/3 of the flour to mixer

4.

add eggs, marg, oil and yeast mixture.

5.

mix for 4 min

6.

add salt to rest of flour

7.

add renaining flour alternating with water

8.

mix 15 min

9.

rise for 30 min in garbage bag and towel

10.

braid

11.

rise in oven on 200 for 20 min, 345 for 50 min
