Ingredients

  • Fwd: INGREDIENTS:

  • Dough: 4 1/2 cups flour

  • 1 pound mehadrin butter

  • 1 8- ounces carton sour cream

  • Filling: 2 8-ounces J&J cream cheese (unwhipped)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar

  • DIRECTIONS:

  • ~ Make sure butter is at room temperature but not microwaved since it will form hard clumps

  • ~ Knead dough ingredients manually into a soft dough ~ Divide dough into four parts and refrigerate for 2-3 hours

  • ~Roll each dough 1/4 inch thick and cut dough into 3 by 3 inch squares

  • ~Place a tsp of filling in center of each square

  • ~Pinch the edges together tightly (may want to dab bit of water on corners)

  • ~Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • ~Place each ready floret into mini muffin pans

  • ~Bake for 25-30 minutes

  • ENJOY!!!!
