dough
olive oil
1 onion diced
3 frozen garlic cubes
12 oz chopped spinach
16 oz farmer cheese
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
roll out dough
sauté onion and garlic in olive oil
lower flame add spinach and sauté for 10 min
turn off fire and let cool
add rest of ingredients to pan
smear entire dough with filling
fold over crust
smear olive oil on top of crust and sprinkle tomato and basil
bake at 350° till golden 45-50 min
