2 pie crusts
2 1/2 8 oz. cream cheeses
1 16oz. sour cream
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 t vanilla sugar
beat eggs, vanilla and sugar with a fork
add cc and sour cream
beat till smooth- no bumps
pour into 2 pue crusts
bake at 375 for 30 minutes, then turn off oven and leave inside for 1 hour.
