Replace Cognac in a Sidecar with gin, and this is what you get! A joy once discovered when out of tonic at home but with triple sec to hand.

Ingredients

Glassware

  • Martini glass

Garnish

  • lemon twist

Chelsea Sidecar

  • 45 milliliters/1 ounce dry gin

  • 30 milliliters/1 ounce triple sec

  • 30 milliliters/1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 5 milliliters/1 teaspoon sugar syrup

Directions

Prepare the Chelsea Sidecar

1.

Shake all ingredients with an ice-filled shaker and strain into a small chilled martini glass.

2.

Garnish with a lemon twist and serve immediately.
