Ingredients

Chinese wonton

  • 500gr ground meat

  • 3 minced garlic

  • a bit of ginger powder

  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce

  • 1 tsp Seasme oil

  • 3 carrots finely diced

  • 3 stalks celery finely diced

  • 1 package wonton

Combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl

Place heaping tsp of filling in the center of the wonton

3.

Fold wonton in a triangle sealing with water

4.

Fry it the add water to cover 1/4 of the dumpling cover!

5.

serve with teriyaki Soy sauce and sesame oil
