Sometimes, I’m just in the mood for a healthy but delicious treat! So I came up with this!

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 3 cups dark chocolate

  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup

  • toppings of your choice (I used pretzels and nuts but you can get creative!)

Directions

Prepare the Chocolate Bark

1.

Preheat your oven to 230 degrees.

2.

Place all the chocolate in a pan (the more chocolate the better and thicker).

3.

Once the oven has reached 230 degrees, turn it off and put in your chocolate for seven minutes or until melted.

4.

Once it is ready, take it out of the oven, add the syrup and spread the chocolate around the entire pan.

5.

Then top with your favourite toppings (see note) and slightly press them down so they stick.

6.

Refrigerate for two hours, cut up and enjoy!

Tips:

If you want several toppings, you can either put it all in together, or you can divide the chocolate in different sections and put one topping in each section.
