Diets Very easy to double. Good with or without the chocolate chips on top.
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup cocoa
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
3 teaspoons vanilla sugar
2 and 1/4 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup water
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 bag chocolate chips (optional)
Mix all ingredients together. Pour the batter into a greased nine-inch square pan. (You can mix in the chocolate chips, add them to the top of the batter in the pan, or omit them altogether.)
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 to 45 minutes.
