Ingredients

Pesach Chocolate Fudge Cookies

  • 3/4 cup oil

  • 1 cup cocoa

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 4 eggs

  • 1.5 tsp vanilla

  • 2 cups potato starch

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 12 oz chocolate chips

  • confectionery sugar for coating

1. preheat oven to 350

2. Beat the oil, cocoa, and sugar together. add the eggs and beat until the mixture is well combined

3.

3. slowly add the vanilla, potato starch, and baking powder and then the chocolate chips. Freeze the mixture for at least 2 hours

4.with wet hands form balls and roll them in confectionery sugar until lightly coated.

DO NOT FLATEN. they spread on they’re own

Bake for 9 minutes
