4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 Tbsp cocoa
1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
1/2 cup potato starch
1/2 cup ground nuts
3/4 cup oil
8 squares of Rosemarie chocolate parve
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare E ramekins on a baking sheet, or line a cupcake pan with a cupcake liners.
using an electric mixer combine eggs, sugar, cocoa beating until thick
add vanilla sugar, potato starch, ground nuts, oil beat until combined
pour batter into ramekins or cupcake pan until 2/3 full
place square of Rosemarie chocolate and center of each ramekin and then covered chocolate with additional batter leaving a bit of space for expansion
bake for 15 minutes the cake should be just baked in the center molten chocolate serve warm
