Healthy and delicious sugar free ice cream.
6 eggs
.5 cup oil
.25 cup honey
2 tsp coffee dissolved in tiny bit of water
Put a 1.25 L container in the freezer
Beat all 6 eggs until quite firm, for about 5 or 6 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients slowly, while the mixer continues beating.
Place the ice cream in the frozen container and freeze right away.
