Diets The combination of flavors in this dish is a feast for the palate!
2 and 1/2 cups Glicks Flour
1 and 1/2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 teaspoon dried basil
4 cups colored cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
1–2 red onions, sliced in half rings
1 teaspoon Haddar Dijon Mustard
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheese (I like Chef’s Blend)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a nine-inch round pan.
In a bowl, mix together crust ingredients. Press into the pan. Bake for 15 minutes and cool.
In a bowl, combine filling ingredients. Pour into the cooled crust and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
