Cookies ‘n Cream Brownies

1.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

Mix all the brownie ingredients with a fork in one bowl. Grease a 9×13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for half an hour. Let them cool.

3.

Crush sandwich cookies.

4.

Melt your white chocolate.

5.

Drizzle chocolate on top of cooled brownies. Then add the crushed cookies.

6.

Cut the brownies. Serve and enjoy!

Notes:

Store baked brownies at room temperature up to four days. Freeze baked brownies up to two months; thaw at room temperature.
