a fresh flavorful salad. perfect for spring

Ingredients

  • one can of corn

  • one yellow pepper

  • a half red onion

  • a can of hearts of palm (sliced)

  • one tomato

  • a few leaves of cilantro

  • one cup of mayo

  • one teaspoon of dill

  • two teaspoons of salt

  • 4 tablespoons of sweetener

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • a pinck of FRESHLY ground black pepper

  • one teaspoon of cumin

Directions

1.

put corn onto pan with oil cumin salt and pepper. bake at 375 until crispy

dice pepper tomato and onion. add the hearts of palm, mix together with cooled down corn. enjoy!

in another bowl mix together the finley chopped dill olive oil salt pepper and mayo.

pour over salad and top with cilantro
