  • chicken cutlets

  • 1 egg

  • ¼ cup flour

  • ¼ cup duck sauce

  • cornflakes

  • garlic powder

  • salt

  • oil

mix eggs, flour and duck sauce

separately mix cornflakes, garlic and salt

3.

dip chicken cutlets into wet mixture and then into cornflake mixture

4.

drizzle oil onto chicken

5.

bake at 425° for 20-25min
