We give you two options to prepare these rich dairy pancakes: one with farmer cheese and sour cream, the other with cottage cheese. Always a hit with the kids.

Start Cooking

Prepare the Batter

  1. Combine all ingredients for desired pancakes.

  2. Mix well.

Make the Pancakes

  1. Drop by tablespoonful into hot oil.

  2. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
