it’s a Syrian red lentil soup heaven on a cold winter nite
2 cups red (wash very well)
5 minced fresh garlic
1/2 tablespoons oil
water to cover lentil and let cook on medium flame once’s the red lentils turn into a cream white colour just need to use hand blender add water salt pepper and a dash of cumin
wash lentils
sauté garlic
add water
salt and pepper
cook
