it’s a Syrian red lentil soup heaven on a cold winter nite

Ingredients

Cream of lentil Soup

  • 2 cups red (wash very well)

  • 5 minced fresh garlic

  • 1/2 tablespoons oil

  • water to cover lentil and let cook on medium flame once’s the red lentils turn into a cream white colour just need to use hand blender add water salt pepper and a dash of cumin
