This recipe was created by a mom (me) out of desperation for healthy side dishes that contain none of the common allergy foods in them! I’m so excited to share this quick-and-easy, no-brainer side dish!
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Pour the cauliflower into the pan. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle spices and toss to coat. Sprinkle cornflake crumbs liberally so the top is coated. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
