Ingredients

Crispy Onion Cutlets

  • 6 chicken cutlets

  • 4 tablespoons mayo

  • 4 tablespoons mustard

  • 4 tablespoons ketchup

  • 4 tablespoons honey

  • dash of salt

  • dash of garlic powder

  • crispy onions

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

Mix together all ingredients except for onions.

3.

Coat the cutlets well with the sauce. Place in a lined cookie sheet.

4.

Put the crispy onions on top of each cutlet. Coat them well! Bake for 30-35 minutes or until done.

Next level easy and good. Also made it on salmon and it was equally delicious. My neighbor says that for an easier version she just does the mayo and honey and tops with the crispy onions.
