Crock-Pot Apple Crisp

  • 1 box white cake mix (not yellow)

  • 1/4 cup margarine, thinly sliced

  • 5 apples, peeled and chopped, or 5 2-ounce (55-gram) bags sliced apples (peel on is fine)

Topping (Optional)

  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats

Directions

1.

Line a Crock-Pot with Gefen Parchment Paper.

2.

Layer apples, then cake mix, then sliced margarine.

3.

Top with brown sugar, cinnamon, and oats, if desired.

4.

Set Crock-Pot to medium and cook for three to four hours. Enjoy!
