Combine all ingredients except seasonings in a bowl in no specific order.
Mix really well.
Add salt, pepper, and garlic to taste.
I personally like storing it in the fridge for a couple of hours to let the flavors seep in. You can also eat it right away. Either way, it tastes delicious.
