Serve up those green beans in a whole new way! Mix sour cream instead of mayo with these green beans for an ultra smooth and creamy taste. Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 2 tablespoons vinegar (use distilled or gluten-free vinegar if needed)

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano

  • 1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained

  • 1 tomato, cubed

  • 1 small onion, chopped

Directions

1.

Combine first six ingredients, mix thoroughly.

Add beans, tomato and onion. Mix well.

3.

Chill three to four hours.
