If you’ve got stale doughnuts lying around from your Chnaukah party, Donut French Toast is a delicious way to repurpose them!

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 3 unglazed doughnuts sliced in half (preferably a stale one )

  • 2/3 cup milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • a pinch of cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • syrup or sugar, for decoration

Directions

Prepare the Donut French Toast

1.

Heat up a pan with some oil.

2.

In a bowl, mix together all ingredients besides the donuts.

3.

Soak the donuts in the mix for a minute.

4.

Fry until crispy, around two minutes.

5.

Sprinkle syrup or sugar on top.
