Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Spray a baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Clean and dry chicken. Lay chicken down in one layer in the baking pan.

Pour duck sauce over the chicken.

Bake covered for one hour, and then uncover and bake for another 30-45 minutes, or until the chicken is browned and cooked through.

I don't have a specific cooking time because it depends on the size of chicken cutlets you use and the thickness.how long should i bake it for?
