Prepare the Fish Skewers

  1. Season fish with salt, pepper, and parsley. Thread onto skewers. Top each skewer with a lemon wedge.

  2. Place fish skewers on a lined baking sheet and drizzle with lemon juice. Broil for 15 minutes.
