1. Slice onions into thin rounds and place on the bottom of a 9×13.
2. Lay out chicken bottoms upside down.
3. Drizzle bottom of chicken with olive oil, then sprinkle with onion soup mix and paprika. Rub in well.
4. Flip chicken prices over so they are right side up and repeat- oil, paprika and soup mix. Rub into chicken very well.
5. Bake uncovered at 375 for 1.5 to 2 hours until desired crispiness!
