My daughter is allergic to sesame so I created this recipe to make a chummus we can enjoy without techina! Hope you enjoy as much as our family does!

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • Can of chickpeas

  • 2 cubes fresh or frozen garlic

  • 2 TB extra virgin olive oil

  • Dash of salt

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice from fresh lemon

  • Optional- 1/3 jar green olives

Directions

Prepare the Chummus

1.

First defrost the garlic if it’s frozen, and then add everything together. Blend in a blender or with hand blender!

Yes- you must drain the chickpeas
