Makes enough topping for one cheesecake.
1 (3 and 1/2-ounce) bar white or milk chocolate
1/2 teaspoon coffee, diluted in 3 tablespoons hot water
1 teaspoon Gefen Light Corn Syrup
Combine all ingredients in double boiler and mix until dissolved.
If using to top cheesecake, pour over the cake immediately.
