Easy Spiced Pasta

This is a recipe you are going to want to keep on hand. Making a pot of pasta is easy and creating this yummy dish is just a drop more work. This pasta can be used as a meal in of itself, or in a smaller amount as a side to something like roasted chicken or meatloaf.

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) box Tuscanini Spaghetti

  • 1/4 cup oil

  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning

Directions

Prepare the Pasta

1.

Boil pasta according to the directions on the box.

Drain, rinse, and place in a bowl large enough to be able to mix the pasta.

3.

Add the oil and mix until all the pasta is well coated.

4.

Add spices and stir well.

Tips:

You can make this recipe with a frying pan if you don’t have a pot on hand. All you do is use less pasta! You just fill the frying pan with water and let it boil. Also if you choose to make pasta and create a sauce to go with it, save some of the pasta water because it is full of starch and helps the sauce stick to the pasta.
