1/3 cup oil
1 and 1/4 cups water (250 milliliters)
150 grams flour
4 eggs
In a small pan, cook up oil and water. When it bubbles, add the flour. On a small flame, mix well for two minutes.
Put the mixture into the mixer and add the eggs one by one. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag.
On a cookie sheet, pipe out long or round shapes. Bake for 30 minutes on 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once it cools, cut in half and fill it up with dairy whip or custard. Decorate it with chocolate or confectioners’ sugar.
Yields: 12-15

Is it supposed to be 200F or 200C? I did 200F and it didnt seem to cook?
