1. mix one egg in a bowl with a pinch of salt and a splash of milk.
2. Mix together.
3. Heat up a pot , and spray well with oil
4. Now add the other egg – make sure the egg stays whole
5. pour into the pot .
6. Cook for one minute.
7. Put a cover over the pot and cook for 50 seconds
8. Gingerly slide out of the pot .
