Easy and delicious olive dip. You’ll never go back to store-bought…
1 can Israeli pitted green olives
2 eggs
2 cups oil
Drain olives.
In food processor, blend eggs.
Slowly add 2 cups oil (I usually let the machine run and I put a plastic cup on top with a tiny hole , until all the oil is added).
Add drained olives. Blend it to your desired consistency.
Enjoy!
