Everyone’s favorite olive dip

  • 1 can Israeli pitted green olives

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 cups oil

Directions

Prepare the Olive Dip

1.

Drain olives.

In food processor, blend eggs.

3.

Slowly add 2 cups oil (I usually let the machine run and I put a plastic cup on top with a tiny hole , until all the oil is added).

4.

Add drained olives. Blend it to your desired consistency.

5.

Enjoy!
