This is one of the dishes that put me on the map. The sweet sauce, the salty facon, and the spicy chips make a perfect blend of flavors.

Ingredients

Facon Pizza

  • 1 prebaked (store-bought) flatbread

  • 1 (4-ounce) container sweet onion dip

  • 1 package smoked beef fry (or more, as desired)

  • 1 (1-ounce) bag barbecue tortilla chips, crushed

  • Gefen Spicy Mayo, for garnish

Directions

Prepare the Facon Pizza

1.

Toast flatbread on grill just until bottom is crisp but top is still soft.

2.

Spread onion dip on flatbread, leaving a one-inch border around the edge.

3.

Grill or fry beef fry until crispy. Chop into small pieces and spread over flatbread.

4.

Slice flatbread into one-inch slices.

5.

Sprinkle with crushed tortilla chips, then finish with a drizzle of spicy mayo.
