Facon Pizza


This is one of the dishes that put me on the map. The sweet sauce, the salty facon, and the spicy chips make a perfect blend of flavors.


1. Toast flatbread on grill just until bottom is crisp but top is still soft.
2. Spread onion dip on flatbread, leaving a one-inch border around the edge.
3. Grill or fry beef fry until crispy. Chop into small pieces and spread over flatbread.
4. Slice flatbread into one-inch slices.
5. Sprinkle with crushed tortilla chips, then finish with a drizzle of spicy mayo.
