Make the Chicken Balls

  1. Combine chicken with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes. 

  2. Combine all ingredients for broth in six-quart pot and bring to a boil. 

  3. Shape chicken into small balls and drop into boiling water. 

  4. Cook over medium heat for one hour.
