It smells like gefilte fish, tastes like gefilte fish! You wont believe this isn’t gefilte fish.

Directions

Make the Chicken Balls

1. Combine chicken with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes.
2. Shape chicken into small balls and drop into boiling water.
3. Cook over medium heat for one hour.
4. Combine all ingredients for broth in six-quart pot and bring to a boil.
