Serves 4 as an appetizer
Spread mayonnaise on all the slices of bread.
In a heavy-bottomed pan lay four slices of bread, mayonnaise side down.
Set heat to medium and cover each bread with one layer of brie slices. Cover the bread with the rest of slices – mayonnaise side up.
When cheese begins to melt, flip each sandwich until they are toasted on both sides.
